Volunteer Opportunities

Our volunteers are the heart of the tournament! We invite parents, families, and community members to help make this event a success. Volunteer shifts typically start 30 minutes before puck drop to allow for check-in and special instructions.

Game Day Volunteer Roles:

  • Penalty Box Attendant: Monitor the penalty box and track shots on goal.
  • Time Clock Operator: Operate the time clock (experience required). Have ability to manage multiple penalties and shots on goal at a fast pace.
  • Scoresheet Recorder: Use electronic scoring (GameSheet preferred). Must be able to handle multiple penalties and shots on goal efficiently.
  • Tournament Concierge: Welcome players, coaches, and spectators. Provide directions to locker rooms and rinks, check credentials, and offer recommendations for things to do in Green Bay. Help create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Locker Room Security: Ensure only those with Participant passes are in the locker room/player tunnel area. No individuals are allowed on the ice at any time. Check locker rooms for cleanliness after each team and assist with locker room disinfection between teams.

Other Ways to Volunteer:

Join the Organizing Team: Help with planning and logistics before and during the tournament.

Ad Sales: Assist with contacting local businesses (restaurants, breweries, shops) for advertising opportunities in tournament materials.
