POWER SKATING SESSIONS
We have added 5 sessions of power-skating for HIGH SCHOOL-aged skaters. These sessions will be aimed at improving the skater’s efficiency of movement and effectiveness of their stride. We will work on creating a more powerful stride that is explosive and quick!!! We will also work on improving the skaters’ edge work during these sessions. Each session will be led by instructors with NCAA, Junior, or High School coaching experience. These COED sessions are open to all high school-eligible skaters.
