MISSION AND OBJECTIVES:  To provide an opportunity for the top players in

Northeast WI to practice, train, and compete with other players of the same skill level.

To provide highly qualified and experienced coaching, and to provide a competitive

atmosphere where players can be challenged by the best.  Our philosophy is that

in order to improve, players must be placed in a situation where they are challenged,

and given an opportunity to play a lot and know that it is okay to make a mistake

while they are trying to do something new.  All players will be encouraged to stretch

their limits and will be made to feel comfortable when they make an individual mistake

trying to expand their comfort level.

COST OF PARTICIPATION:  Each player will receive an inexpensive Jersey and Socks.

Participants will get the most ice time, instruction available for their money.  A $250

Participation fee + $15 tryout fee, Goalie Fee is $125 if the Team has 2 goalies

or $250 for 1 goalie; which will cover the practice ice and instruction, plus the

Cheese Cup Tournament and 1 additional tournament.  Additional expenses

including equipment, travel, motels, etc. are the responsibility of the participant.

A $115 deposit is due with your tryout registration. Once you have been notified

of your placement on the team you will have till March 31, 2008 to return your

commitment letter and the remaining $150 to the Cornerstone office.  If you do not make the team, you will receive a $100.00 refund.

IDENTIFICATION & PLAYER SELECTION:  Head coaches will be asked to recommend
