We are looking for girls (beginner to experienced skaters) to get together and play hockey. If you always wanted to learn how to ice skate and play hockey, this is your chance. Also know as Summer Rat Hockey
WHAT: Seven sessions of girl’s hockey skills, drills and scrimmage
WHERE: Cornerstone Community Center
WHEN: Wednesdays August 13th – October 1st
***No session on Sept 3rd ***
TIME:
5:30pm – 6:50pm (Girls 12 and under)
7:00pm-8:20pm (Girls 13 and older)
COST: $50.00 for new or GBAYHA skaters
$70.00 for out of association skaters
The sessions will entail skills/drills and scrimmage at the end. Sessions are run by GBAYHA Girls Coaches Completed registration/waiver form is required
Equipment required: helmet, gloves, skates, stick, knee pads, elbow pads, shoulder pads, and breezers.

I hereby agree to have my daughter participate in the Girls Summer Hockey Program at her own risk and peril. I understand that Cornerstone Community Center and Green Bay Area Youth Hockey Association, its directors and officers, all coaches, assistant coaches, CCC management, facility owners, and operators, its associates, licensees, employees, equipment owners, agents and/or representatives will not be held responsible for death or any accident, injury, loss or damage however caused. I further agree to release and hold them harmless from all claims, damages, actions, loss, expense and demands which may arise as a result of, or by reason of death, injury, loss, damage or medical expense may have been contributed or occasioned by the action, inaction or negligence of any or all of them. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if I am successful in any suit, action, or proceedings against them for any damages, loss, cost or expense (including punitive and/or exemplary damages) the award (including court costs and fees) shall be limited to the amount of registration fee paid by me for the Girls Summer Hockey program.
